    Ive been a loyal patient at this pharmacy for long before cohens ever took over but stayed on with them as I didn't have any problems. Things took a turn for the worst when the old manager left in 2022 she had also been there before cohens took over and was one of the reasons myself and my son stayed with them. The first thing I noticed was it was becoming impossible to reach them by phone. You would then have to go to the shop to be stood waiting around while you watch them run around like headless chickens in a tizz. The young lady pharmacist they have is rude and unwelcoming I don't think I've seen her smile yet, and all the other staff seem to complain about her aswell. No one looks like they know what they are doing and now the final straw for me is "the hub" that seems to be the new excuse for everything that is going wrong! I suppose it's the hubs fault in why you can't answer the phone aswell. You get no empathy from them at all just a snappy response it's unbelievable! I have changed pharmacy's and now have no problems whatsoever surprise surprise! I really don't know how this place is still running as it's common knowledge around yarm to stay away!

    Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive. I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced. We are aware there are staffing issues currently at the pharmacy but we are working hard to get these back to an appropriate level - currently the field team are supporting the team. We have implemented a new prescription system that is also causing issues and for that we are very sorry but totally understand the frustration our customer are feeling at this current time. We are very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience our patients are currently experiencing but please be assured we are working hard to get the pharmacy back on track. I apologise sincerely for the way in which the staff have behaved towards you, this will be addressed with them as soon as possible. If you do use Cohen's again I hope you find the service vastly improved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Cohens Group
