I have used this pharmacy for years but now hate visiting. But I want to say that the staff are usually lovely, my issues are organisational. I chose the pharmacy because I am disabled and parking was provided at the rear as they have steep steps at the front. My issues started when they were doing covid jabs and despite having signs saying only 2 people in the shop there would be lots of people having jabs, volunteers and people sitting for their 15 minutes. It made me feel very unsafe. Recently they have blocked access to the parking at the rear as they are having building work. When I told them I couldn't manage their steps they said ring and someone would bring the medication out. You ring and ring and no one ever answers. The final thing was where I had a medication removed from my repeat as I had a really bad reaction to it. They continued to dispense it and when I emailed to complain didn't bother to respond.
