I have been using Clements for nearly after relocation from another part of the country. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for this group of hardworking people. As we now have new estates around and other pharmacies closing and a new surgery, then Clements staff have had to take on a lot more customers (nearly doubled, I should think), so sometimes medicines may take longer. If I'm desperate for an item or I'm going away, I politely ring and request my medication earlier, at a time that suits me and Clements. They've always been very obliging (I have 14 repeat items on my script). The problem can occur when the GP only gives you a 7day turn around, so, in the past, I've arranged for my meds to be dispensed a few days earlier to give Clements a bit more notice. I think respect, breeds respect! Thank you Clements.

This is a very busy pharmacy- new housing estates (and more to come), substantially increasing footfall. Despite this the staff are always charming, very helpful, and patient with sometimes stressed out customers. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
