Easy booking flu jab online with immediate confirmation eMail. Further reminder eMail sent one hour before appointment. Appointment only two minutes late but done very quickly and painlessly.

I attended my flu vaccination appointment today and ended up getting my autumn covid booster too. The member of staff was so busy but nothing was too much trouble, customer service skills were excellent and this is not my first excellent experience at this pharmacy. I will never go to another and absolutely recommend.

I had a flu and Covid vaccine and the person administering it was friendly and patient. It made it a very easy process.

The Pharmacist was excellent providing a Booster jab. Kind, careful and jolly. Fully explained the process, attentive to my questions and administered the jab without issue.

I made an appointment for my mum to have her flu jab and she’s explained she was disabled and couldn’t make a covid vaccination appointment last week, so they did both there and then. I can’t tell you how much it meant to her. Thank you

Bishopthorpe Road Pharmacy plays a key role in our community. Our family really values the service it offers and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My husband requires a lot of medication and it's so handy to a reliable local pharmacy - it's great to get the text alerts when meds are ready and being able to get Covid and flu jabs from the pharmacist makes life much easier!
