The person who did the vaccinations arrived 20 minutes late no apology. She didn't introduce herself and didn't wear a name badge. Won't go here again.

A very pleasing service, on time, polite , friendly and informative. Everything was clean and presentable.

I had a Covid vaccination today at chain Lane Pharmacy. The floor of the room was filthy. Also the bin under the counter was overflowing with no lid, even some rubbish on the floor, used cotton wool with blood on etc. I told the pharmacist but he was disinterested and didn’t comment. This was an unhygienic and unsterile area. 3 members of staff chatting with seemingly nothing to do.
