  1. Review titled Disgraceful Service

Rated 1 star out of 5

I attended for my Covid and flu vaccine. It was disorganised and I had to queue in the general queue for prescription collections. The staff were rude not only to me but to others. They were also arguing amongst themselves. Despite having a confirmation and reminder of the appointment, the pharmacy did not have a record of it. After keeping me waiting for almost 30 minutes and showing my appointment reminder, the pharmacist reluctantly agreed to admit me to the room in which the vaccines should be administered. The pharmacist was supercilious. Because my reason for the vaccines was not in one of the tick boxes on the piece of paper, they would not provide the vaccines despite me showing the NHS invitation which apparently "makes no difference to the service". The room was open to the general dsipensing area with someone sat in close proximity offering no privacy. The room was small, in some disarray and was dirty. There were open needles in a tray - it is not clear whether these were to be used or had been used. There was nowhere for the pharmacist to wash or sanitise their hands before administering the vaccines. I did not have confidence or trust in the pharmacy or the pharmacist to administer the vaccines in a safe way. I would avoid this pharmacy.
