The doctor sent my prescription to the chemist, my item was not in stock, which was not a properly. Go back the next day, staff stated, come back after 4pm and it will be ready for collection. I go back a day later, to be told come back in 45 minutes, we have to put a label on the box. I have had many issues with this chemist when collecting a prescription, they never process the item unless you call or walk in to request the item. This system does not work, the other month when the doctor sent an item over, I walked across the road to be told, they haven’t received the prescription come back in a couple of hours. I go back to be told come back in 45 minutes to allow time for the item to be process. The service is absolutely shocking, the system does not work, you need to allow several hours to collect an item from this chemist.
