My GP put through medication request through and the item was delivered within the hour. Driver as always was friendly and polite.

Under the new ownership this pharmacy has improved . I thought the previous owners were good but these are better. I have my rather large prescription delivered. If for some reason I cannot make the door or am out they will only leave my prescription with someone at the open door or my with my neighbour . I do not want to go into what went before but I do find that they now have a professional and caring attitude. On a personal note I warm to and like the man that delivers now. He clearly takes his job very seriously

Arrived at 1.45 2 Nd on list 1es patient took 45 minutes then I hav walked out after 1 hour and 20 minutes what a waste of time even with a booking never should be a pharmacist usless

I have been using this pharmacy for years. It used to be the most amazing pharmacy before it changed hands. Several years ago I signed up to have my meds delivered. Now sometimes they are delivered and sometimes they are not. My meds hadn’t arrived so I phoned up to see if they were ready. They were ready so I requested for them to be delivered. The lady I was speaking to had been pleasant up until that point. She said that I didn’t have them delivered and insisted that I had never signed a form. She was very rude and intimated that I was lying. I therefore went and collected my meds and have moved to a different pharmacy. Several times my prescription has gone missing and it seems very chaotic. It’s a shame as there are a couple of very nice people working there.

Visited this pharmacy for Covid booster jabs, we were offered flu jabs at the same time, so quick and efficient. Had to return with an elderly relative, the staff were kind, friendly and so respectful. All round excellent service. Thank you.

I have been using this pharmacy for a number of years and all the staff are absolutely amazing, courteous, polite and helpful. There is one gentleman in particular though that is amazing. He knows me by name, respects me as a patient and as a professional, and is always on hand to assist me. He goes beyond this and checks in with my wellbeing and always, without fail, stops what he doing so he is not distracted. This I have witnessed with other patients in the pharmacy. This evening, I was a little late to collect my medication but he was on hand to ensure I got it before the weekend started. Great team and a great guy!
