I have been a regular customer at Boots pharmacy for some time now, but my recent experiences have been increasingly upsetting due to the attitude and behavior of a particular staff member in the pharmacy department. Unfortunately, this individual has consistently made me feel like an inconvenience. On multiple occasions, I have stood at the counter waiting to be served, only to be completely ignored, even when the store is empty. When I politely ask if I could be assisted, the response I receive is curt and dismissive, with the staff member simply stating that she is busy. This level of service is disheartening, especially in a setting where customers should feel welcomed and assisted. It’s disappointing to have such negative encounters, and it has made me reconsider where I choose to get my prescriptions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure all customers receive the respectful and attentive service they deserve.
