   I had occasion to collect a prescription on Saturday 3rd February, that had been prescribed via 111. The pharmacist handed over the three items but explained that she queried the dosage on one of the items and that I should check with 111. This I did. They confirmed that the dosage was incorrect and issued a new prescription. Thank you to the lovely lad y who spotted this and alerted me.
