   Despite sign’s saying the shop will open at 9.00 and a queue of customers the pharmacist opened at 9.05. There was no apology, explanation or welcome. The shop assistant, at her till, continued scanning boxes and ignored my presence. When she decided to acknowledge I was there again no welcome, explanation or apology. Very poor customer service.
