Boots at Westcroft always come up trumps. Again they have helped me out with an emergency prescription when the dr and other pharmacies could not. Despite rising demands on the staff due to store closures and the lack of any extra staffing, although queues are long, when you get to the counter, no one fobs you off.Wonderful attitudes and positive care.What more could customers ask?

They never have any staff. No stock Never answer the phone Complete waste of time, go somewhere else

I took my 2yr old to boots close to my home to get advice for redness in his eye. Awful staff member asked if the kid put anything sharp in his eye. We said we don't think he did. But he has been playing a lot in the garden with bubbles etc and thought it might be allergy from playing in sun or not sure if bubble mix caused it. His exact reply was " You should watch your kids " with very serious tone. And he said this same sentence multiple times and in offending tone. If the staff starts making offense and judgemental comments instead of listening, understanding and advice then that pharmacy needs to look into this situation and take action to stop this unethical and unprofessional behavior from their staff.

I tried numerous times to contact Boots Pharmacy on Saturday morning 20th May 2023, for confirmation of whether they had forgotten to give me an item of my repeat prescription, but no one answered the phone. As a consequence, I could find myself without continuous medication. I could not get access to my GP online service either.

What is the point in having contact number when nobody bothers to answer the phone? I now have to go an hour out of my way to go into the store for something that may not even be there.
