Collect a weekly prescription that has been the same for years and have issues most weeks. When you go to collect the prescription you get told it’s not come down. Contact the Doctors and they say it’s been sent down and they don’t understand why it’s not been done. Therefore leaving someone with mental health without any medication yet again as been told to go back the next day after 4pm.

I find the staff and pharmacy team very helpful and if you have a problem will sort it out for you despite being a small shop and very busy

Lied to and told prescription is been done now. 45 mins later still waiting for a pharmacist to check it. When I ask how long it will take o get told ‘we don’t know he’s not in the building’. 10 minutes later he walks out the little side room that he’s been sat in for over 30 mins as he was behind the counter when I first got here. So Iv been made to wait nearly an hour now while he was sat in a room but apparently not in the building.
