I have rang 20 times over 2 days & no answer! So either they don't know how to answer a phone or just choose not to?! I'm sure they are busy, but the phone is there to be answered right??

After calling non-stop, the phone ran non-stop yet no one picked the call. How a pharmacy service in open hours doesn't pick up phone calls is very worrying indeed. It call only imply they are under staff and intentionally ignoring phone calls to the pharmacy.

I'm happy for the service as I request my medication each every two months and have no problem all helpful staff, Good very comfortable to be sure and have good service.
