    Trying to ring for repeat prescription no answer 6 times again this afternoon. They blame faulty phone system. But yet use phone when yr in shop. 3 weekends now with no meds. Awful , but the staff are so nice. ???

    Absolutely horrendous customer service especially with the booster injections where they are late setting up, systems not working and even saying no gloves are needed even though other vaccine centres are using gloves. They also give out wrong information which ultimately hinders you from re applying for an appt... What an absolute joke. Never open on time and never answer their phones. Spent two hours constantly ringing off the hook trying to get through

    Dear Ms Cartwright Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent visit. I am sorry that you got caught up in a national issue with the online COVID-19 booster platform being out of action at the start of the day. As quickly as we could the NHS back-up paper system was shared with teams to enable patient care whilst the NHS IT Team fixed the issues. Can I also apologise that a member of the team referred you to an old phone system for re-booking your vaccination rather than the correct online portal. I have visited the pharmacy today to discuss your review, ensure their opening time of 9am is clearly displayed and adhered to, correct phone processes are in place and checked the team are now clear on the booking process for COVID-19 vaccinations and that the correct infection and prevention system are in place. The NHS COVID-19 training is clear that gloves are not required for most COVID-19 vaccinations however they may be required for some individual patients or vaccinators. Again, apologies there were difficulties with the booster vaccination clinic on the day of your appointment, the team now have a back-up system in place if the online system is down again to prevent similar delays to patient care. Our Manager Mobeen and his team are conscientious and caring professionals who have been deeply saddened by your feedback, please accept their sincere apologies.     Went to the pharmacy to pick up some medication. Staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant. I am always attended really quickly and everything is always communicated very clearly. I’ve left a review because I feel the full team deserve some recognition. Keep up the good work guys.

    I was in need of some advice, the pharmacist was exceptional. He went the extra mile just to answer my queries and gave me lots of information. I feel a lot better after speaking to him and all my questions have been answered. Great customer service from the local pharmacy. Much appreciated

    Went to pick up a prescription for a family member, staff went above and beyond to help. Staff were very happy to help and professional with their work. Will be making this my regular pharmacy.

    The service is absolutely appalling the staff are rude they never have any of your prescriptions in , you could be the only person in the chemist and they will just look at you and leave you just stood there for ages it’s disgusting don’t know how they manage to stay open

    This has gone on for months. I called them twice. They just hung up. The prescriptions are never ready on time. Sometimes you've got to wait a whole weekend with no medication because it's not ready. What's going on? Surely this is unacceptable and needs reporting to a NHS ombudsman.
