Consultation was quick and easy with friendly pharmacist, would definitely recommend to people with minor worries to get checked out when unable to see GP.

Very friendly staff, non judgmental, helpful and gave lots of information Served by staff member in batley pharmacy. Very nice lady made me feel comfortable.

Out of all the many pharmacies I have dealt with trying to get hold of my ADhD medication when there’s a national shortage, they have been the best by far. They have been so helpful, going out of their way to source my medication and they show a real genuine willingness to help. Many other pharmacies just say it’s hard to get hold of and leave it at that. For someone with ADhD, dealing with getting medication at the right time each month when it’s so scarce is very stressful but the staff at Batley Pharmacy have really made it a lot easier to navigate.

Insect bite has become infected, seen within 5 minutes. Prescription recieved within 15 minutes, Perfect se4vice from the pharmacy

What a time saving service!! Much quicker than the doctors for minor ailments. Batley Pharmacy saw my daughter who had a really bad throat within minutes of arrival, she had a throat infection and received antibiotics, all within half hour. The care and professionalism was brilliant, instead of needing the day off work to fight to see the docs I went in an hour late. Great option for the NHS and the economy.

The lady serving me and taking the check up of my leg was very helpful and she explained about how we can save time to go to pharmacist with certain issues and saving time to wait at GP or wait weeks for GP appointments. People need this type of quick service. Also the medication was on site didn't need to go to a different venue, not like when you go to a GP usually the pharmacy is not on site.

Been to a few pharmacies since moving to west Yorkshire and found this pharmacy to be absolutely amazing. The lady who helped me with my prescription was able to order in the medication they didn't have in stock that day but still had the other medication I needed. After spending a while in pain (kidney stones) she was very understanding, polite and provided very good advice. In comparison to other pharmacies in town, this pharmacy has stood out with it's exceptional service and staff that treat customers with respect
