18.15 they received My Prescription & he knew before hand he never had my antibiotics in stock.. but had two others they start break 18.30 so he had 15mins to sort out Meds for me painkillers & Gasro meds & he said he wouldn’t do them I had been waiting for 45 mins to be told that while I am in the worst pain & awaiting a emergency operation,to say I wasn’t happy is an understatement I have to suffer all night, staff fully admitted they haven’t been busy today & was bored, I toke my prescriptions & have to wait until tomorrow, I think this pharmacy needs looking into no Duty of Care to Patients at all, shop is dirty too, staff moaning about management not professional at all, i certainly won’t be going again there.

The worst pharamcy i have ever gone to. My 7 month old baby’s antibiotics was sent here, went to collect them along with another medication hes been prescribed. Got home to give it to him to notice they didnt give me his antibiotics. I called and they said ‘missed communication’ and they forgot to give me them. They clearly do not care about a poorly baby. Ive tried calling mulitple times, while a member of my family has gone to collect them for me to be told that the women was just staring at the phone ringing. Absolute disgrace. Useless. Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. Dont know how to do a job properly, so slow and lacking customer service.

My mother has a batch of monthly prescriptions and I have a routine of popping into the pharmacy to request the repeat at least a week before its required. I went in 10 days ago to request it and was told yes it would be ready in a few days. A few (4) days later I went back to collect and was told that they were waiting for items. Ok so I went back the following week (10 days later) to be told that it hadn't even been started. I explained that it now urgent as the medicine is depleted so I waited for 30 minutes whilst they made up the prescription. Whilst I was waiting they were others complaining of similar experiences and poor service. Unfortunately I have two batches left and was told that I cannot use a different pharmacy but when they are finished I will not use this pharmacy again.
