I dropped off a prescription 07/08/24 told to return item not in stock. Fair enough, return a other day. 2nd visit, unable to find the prescription. Eventually found, not completed. Told to return in 20 minutes. I queried why the prescription had not been completed as it had been 4 days. Member of staff said depends on how long stock takes to arrive. I said, no, that item would arrive either the same day or next day at the latest depending on time it was ordered. I told staff I would return another day and did not wish to wait. Returned to store several days later. Store was closed despite sign saying it should be open. 17/08/2024 11am. I then returned later on, same day, store now open. Heard staff complaining that no pharmacist had turned up so they could not open. Person who served me seemed polite and found prescription OK. There was a problem with the till and person needed to ask a colleague for assistance. Colleague in a tunic came out to assist. Colleague in tunic helped with till then said 'that's the girl I was talking to you about earlier' Item on prescription was toothpaste, not a special item or anything that takes a while to order. Will not use this service again.
