Very disappointed in the service from this pharmacy. It used to be good but the last few times I have used it 1 prescription is not ready after leaving it more than 5 days to attend and it’s not been done then to find out there’s items missing. Blaming staff issues for this is not something I want to hear . Certain members of staff can be very rude and abrupt with customers. It’s a shame as I moved to Asda pharmacy as I was having issues at my old pharmacy and they where really good

Both myself and my wife booked an appointment back in August. Turned up today to be told no appointment in book so proceeded to book us in and take money for my wife's vaccine. After short wait the pharmacist came to tell us he had not completed his training today and we would have to be come back another day. My wife suffers anxiety and has to build up for an appointment like this so this has caused her to be distressed. This appears to be systemic of issues with various systems and organisation at Asda and dents my confidence in the service.
