Prescription taken in almost 1.25, I was told it would be ready about 10 minutes, as I work in the community I thought I’d use the loo and pick a drink up while I waited only to go back and the shutters are down with a small note not easily spotted saying it was closed for lunch 1.30-2pm. There was no mention of this when I dropped it off saying I’d be back when requested, the opening hours shown at front of shop makes no mention of closing for lunch either. Myself and several others waited then 3 staff members came back and opened up. Of course everyone needs a lunch break but surely put this on the actual opening times and tell customers you’re soon to close or for good customer care how about taking staggered breaks so staff are not all out together and the service is still open for business. Very poor and very annoying as I was then late to take this medication to my patient.
