   My GP made a prescription and sent it to this pharmacy. After a few days of not hearing any updates about the prescription I went in to the pharmacy to ask if it was ready. They acted like I was an inconvenience for coming in and said I should wait for them to text me to say the prescription is ready. After a week of not hearing anything I emailed them to ask if the prescription is ready. They did not reply. It's now been over a month since the prescription was issued, and I've still heard nothing. I appreciate NHS waiting lists are sometimes long and there are sometimes supply chain issues, but the complete lack of communication to even confirm they are working on it is frustrating.
