I visited today to collect a prescription, which they had offered to deliver but didn’t. Not only is the service poor and parking non-existent (pharmacy empty but spaces outside are full?) but it’s unsanitary inside there were overflowing bins, dirty floor and dirty shelves. Totally unacceptable for a medical pharmacy. I will collect prescriptions from elsewhere from now on.

Was referred to by nhs for a minor checks, the man who served was extremely rude and not very helpful at all! I have not even finished explaining and has already told me to go and see doctor! Money Grabbing lot all he did was sold me antihistamine stuff that is not even right for me!! He did not check me nor listen to what I was saying. I hope NHS isn’t paying this money grabbing pharmacy for any referrals NHS make! NHS please do not pay this money grabbing opportunist for referrals that they did not do except of course they made the patient buy their stuff not even good for my needs.

Booked a rabies jab appointment online for Thursday afternoon. Had to take time off work for the appointment. Drove 40 mins to get there. When I arrive and say I have an appointment and show my booking reference on my emails, none of the three members of staff on the shop floor knew what I was talking about. The finally a 4th person eventually told me that the person I’d booked to see and administer the jabs wasn’t in and wouldn’t be back until Sunday. I have a big trip coming up that I need rabies jabs for, so to be deal with such poor service and communication is extremely infuriating. Why allow appointments to be booked if the person doing the appointments isn’t available? Awful waste of time.
