I would like to show my gratitude to the colorectal nurses for the care that I received and am still receiving. It was also so comforting, at a frightening and stressful time, to know that I could telephone them and receive kindness, advice and professional action. Thank you for this excellent service.

I had a mental health review on December 2nd 2022, & I was considered to be a “medium to high risk patient, due to my isolation & self harming”……I was told l would be allocated to a Lead Practitioner. I’m writing this on 19th May 2023. So far I haven’t received an appointment, I’ve called them numerous times but they haven’t been in touch….About a month ago I went to Arun House in person & told them the situation & my situation was getting desperate…..I was told that someone would call me that same day……No one did & I’ve heard nothing since…!!!
