Started out well enough. No physical checks done although it implied there would be. First few sessions fine but then all the emails with links to join the next session stopped along with recaps etc. A total waste of money if NHS are paying for this as you only get a few sessions

I haven't been able to contact them, despite numerous attempts. They don't answer the phone and don't call back if you leave a request.

1. Inefficient admin.... signed up on advice of gp but at 1st.class attended, no record of me & was texted various times telling I had a place for future courses. Rang Reed couple of times to rectify their error but nothing changed. 2. Pedometers handed out, didn't work... organiser said 'Yes, I know, don't know why they keep sending these' ... 'Just bin them' 3. At 3rd session we were asked to sit close together round a large table to do a game.. I didn't join in as I didn't feel it was covid safe. 4. Some of the info. given out seemed quite basic but the manual was ok. 5. I left the course after 3 sessions as I didn't feel it was right for me, lot of time spent 'chatting' which I didn't need. 6. Not sure who pays for this course, my gp didn't think her practice did but advised I should provide feedback. I'm very doubtful that this course provides value for money or is a good use of NHS very limited financial resources.
