I had the misfortune of being referred to their Hounslow dermatology “service” earlier this year. They would not respond to or engage with questions I had and eventually I wrote to omneshealthcare . governance @ nhs . net as well as communityoutpatients governance @ nhs . net on 12 August 2024. To date, they have not responded. I will now have to waste time escalating the matter via my MP, unnecessarily wasting both their and my time. Totally unprofessional and yet another embarrassment to add to the NHS’ already poor reputation.

After seeing many negative reviews I was skeptical arriving at my U/S appointment in St Andrews in Bow today. However both the chaperone / nurse and sonographer were very polite and professional. Great service being provided for pathways from the GP where required. Appt in under 1 week.

Cardiology 17/6/24 St Andrews Health Centre. Received text message with only date and name of clinic out of borough. Number on text not in services. Investigated myself to get details. Despite leaving home with time to spare I was 10 mins late for 24 hr tape fitting as I had to stop multiple times due to breathlessness and palpitations. No answer when I called number obtained from main reception. Nurse did not even listen to me on arrival and dismissed me. I requested that she try and squeeze me in if someone DNA’d and do appreciate that this was at her discretion. But she did not want to assist at all. Her rude and dismissive manner were completely unnecessary and against trust policy I’m sure. Others who were waiting agreed the nurse could have handled herself better.

Saw someone in December 2023 who diagnosed a BCC. Eventually got an appointment for removal in May. They refused to operate as BCC was 2.5cm across, their limit is 2cm they said. Found on there website that 2.5cm is the limit. Referred back to NHS who offered an appointment on Christmas Eve!!!!

This company Omnes Heathcare run outsourced ENT at Eastleigh Health Centre , Hampshire . The service they provide is dreadful and their contract should be cancelled . Phone calls from consultants of dubious quality cannot replace a face to face consultation. As an example I had a phone call saying I had an infection , then the call was ended leaving me worried . I emailed and phoned them without any success , leaving me no option but to go to emergency outpatients. Stop this drain on the NHS , its not efficient

Attended appointment with child and was told it was cancelled due to inadequate information on the referral that was sent. Referrer was contacted and disputed this claim. Another referral has been sent and still this organisation cannot confirm if the issue has been resolved, ie information requested has been received. I have to wait until the day before the appointment to find out , what a shambles!

Turned up to my appointment to be told that no one from that team is in. Helpful receptionist emailed and was told that the clinic was cancelled on the 6th November over 2 weeks ago and the admin team forgot to contact me and 2 other patients who had also turned up. I have had to take a days annual leave for this appointment and pay for parking that has now been wasted.

I had reason to visit omnes third party dermatology at Eastleigh Hampshire Health Centre this morning 22nd Nov.2023 for 0900 appointment having driven from home address in New Forest, 15 miles away in rush hour traffic. At 0940 I spoke with Health Centre receptionist to ask if I was in correct place. She checked and found door to clinic locked and shut. In meantime another patient with 0930 appointment joined conversation and telephoned Omnes to be told staff member had gone off sick. I left Centre extremely annoyed only to telephoned by Omnes at 0950 and the lady said she had only just heard off the failure. She apologised for the situation but then added that there were no further appointments and I would go on the waiting list. I know people go off sick but not to have a contingency plan is very unprofessional especially as we had to be there 10 minutes early and if 10 minutes late forget it. If this the way Omnes treat their patients NHS should consider carefully who they outsource resources to. Very disgruntled patient

Appointment letter for ENT suggested I would see a consultant, not so, as 2 days before appointment a text message arrives informing me it’s a telephone consultation which was just a rushed less than 3 minute phone call dismissing me as quickly as possible. The line was terrible so not sure where he was calling from. Ordered scan when I had already had one so makes me wonder if he had read my notes? Call centre on average took 27 minutes to answer my calls trying to find out who the consultant was and who was the company working on behalf of the nhs. Not acceptable to be using telephone consultation for ENT patients. Face to face should be possible but assume costs are cheaper using the phone. Horrible experience with Omnes

Consultant 50 minutes late for appointment. The previous week the appointment was cancelled due to bad weather. Only informed that consultant late, because another patient asked the receptionist where the consultant was as her appointment was late , due to this the receptionist phoned Omnes. When consultant arrived , no introduction no apology, poor bedside manner.
