    I had been waiting a long time for my referral to be reviewed but since Medefer took on the referral, tests were arranged quickly, the letters were detailed and tests seemed to be requested in a more methodical manner than via my GP, couldn't fault the service.

    No issues, I had the initial consultation within a few weeks and then further tests were also arranged soon after with results then fed back shortly after. Couldn't fault the process and better than waiting ages.

    I have had two telephone calls booked in and not one doctor has called me to discuss my referral. Really dissatisfied with medefer right now!

    After seeing my GP and them referring me to Medefer, I had a range of tests that were organised very quickly and fortunately haven’t found anything too untoward. I’m very happy with the service received, I would probably still be waiting to be seen!
