    Make sure if getting a prescription through Livi that they share your data with NHS otherwisebthere is no record of it and you will be in trouble if you need a repeat from your GP. Also livi only free for 2 months then you have to pay substantial private fees for it. Nothing more than a cheap marketing ploy.

    Appointment for 9.45pm, filled in the App as required, 9.45 came and went until finally at 22.11pm I received a message to say it was cancelled, finally thought I was getting somewhere seeing or speaking to a Doctor after trying virtually all week, Disappointed is an understatement, feeling pretty fobbed off yet again.

    Whatever time of day or night you log on to Livi, you simply get a message informing you that the service is fully booked and to try again tomorrow. Each day you get the precise same message. It’s completely pointless. In a nutshell, if you need medical advice, don’t bother with Livi, because there’s never any availability!

    Had an appointment at 9:30 but it was cancelled after 45 minutes! Don’t bother with Livi app as it is unreliable! Book an appointment through GP surgery instead!

    My local Surgery (clinic) could not get me to see a GP at a convenient time that suits my schedule, so they advised me to download the Livi app where I can meet a GP online. On the day of my online appointment, I waited for the call and immediaTely after picking up, the assigned GP says they couldnt reach me due to poor network? I highly doubt it has anything to do with my internet connection since I was online on the app in the first place. I even stayed in the line for a minute more to see if the GP would bother calling me back. Disappointingly, they did not.

    I found easily an appointment the day I wanted to, as I had chosen my day off. However, the GP never called me. I have to book now a new appointment with my proper GP, which will take about 3 weeks. Disappointed

    Both myself and my wife have used Livi over the past 2 years. Fantastic service for both immediate and long term conditions. Our GPS practice has recently unsigned from the service, so I’m now back to dealing with their poor service and unable to get an appointment. Livi, or a similar service from the NHS is the future of GP practices in my opinion

    So I have been waiting all day for a call from a GP and it's now 21:18 and still waiting. The first appointment was rescheduled after receiving a notification to be ready for my appointment and then rescheduled for 7:45 after waiting over an hr staring at my phone. Again waited for the call and then at 9pm my appointment was no longer showing! No communication or anything. I have now rescheduled the appointment and told that a free slot was for 9:10pm. Strange considering I've been struggling to get my call all day. Anyway, I thought let's book it and quess what? No call! Currently being told its delayed. I have no more words. Why are GPs promoting this service.
