    I had an 11:00am appointment today. Its currently 11:43 and all the app says is "sorry for the delay, no GP assigned". As an autistic person it's really distressing to have this happen. I am understanding of delays to degree but being left in limbo is frustrating to say the least. This appointment was important to me. I don't think I'll be using the app again.

    I made an appointment at my surgery....little did I know I would be getting a call from Livi. She said I had spoken to a paramedic....nope my surgery. Nice Doctor but pointless as could not help me, tried to get me to have anti depressants, how can someone who does not know me offer me these. Gave me something and told me to contact my surgery in 2 weeks.....Terrible Service. What do our actual GP's do anymore at our surgeries

    Appointment did not go head when allocated, second cancelled by their system, third occasion GP said I should have been informed to supply photos before appointment. Photos sent but at following appointment a week later I was informed they had not been attached to my file, so they would have to make enquiries to find out why they had not been added. I was told there would be no point arranging a further appointment until the photos could be seen. So no further forward three weeks later, which will now lead to a delay of at least another week.

    I don't know whether I can edit earlier reviews, so I am making a new one. After I wrote to Livi about being 'dna' an hour early, I did get another call at my appointment time so had my appointment after all. I don't know whether this second call attempt was always intended and the appointment was just cancelled in error, or if it's just because I wrote and asked for the appointment to be reinstated, but I am grateful either way. I have had really good experiences with Livi in the past and found that the doctors do take more time with me compared to a normal gp appointment so I was a bit rash to leave a 1 star review but I was really stressed- sorry! Over all, ignoring the stress from this mix up, I do prefer Livi doctors to my usual gp for most things. Thank you :)

    I had an appointment booked for 09:15. The gp tried calling me around 08:20 but the call wouldn't go through because I hadn't allowed location access (what difference does that make??) I opened the app notification to answer the call, but by the time the app opened the call was gone. I got a text a couple of minutes later to say I'd missed my appointment and would have to rebook. My appointment should not be cancelled if you are calling one hour early without warning and I miss it!! I work for a healthcare provider and not only do we warn our patients that we can call an hour early but if they don't answer early, we try them again at their booked appointment time. You cannot 'dna' patients before their appointment time without warning!! I now have to wait until next week to try to book another suitable appointment. Would not recommend at all.

    Waiting desperately for my appointment (Easter Day) having been ill in bed for 9 days .. clearly have an infection. Haven’t taken antibiotics for years and years but was refused antibiotics due to “strict guidelines” - Was told to take paracetamol and Vit C .. next time don’t bother with the video call I’ll just flush £40 down the toilet and carry on doing what I’ve done (which hasn’t worked)!

    Mostly, I'm very pro interventions like this but my experience is an example of how they have sured up all the gaps between platforms/other stakeholders. I recieved an invite for a 8.30am appointment at 5.30pm the night before. I didn't finish work until circa 6pm, then went to install the app and confirm the booking (thankfully, despite the extremely short notice I could make the appointment). I couldn't confirm the booking though because Onfido (ID verification) had already closed for the night. I phoned the GP who said they couldn't confirm it for me, I would have to call Livi customer services (not possible before my appointment due to their opening hours) and if I couldn't resolve it, they would book me an appointment but it would be at least 4 weeks away. Prior to my appointment I tried contacting Livi and Onfido, neither are open. So yes, I did want to have that appointment...but the situation won't let me confirm it!! This needs improved.

    I had booked an appointment 3 days in advance. The app showed appointment as booked and GP assigned with GP name. The appointment was automatically cancelled without any notification or justification.

    I've had an appointment, was promised a private referral, 3 days of waiting and still nothing. £39 for nothing. Now trying to contact their support for my own money. Avoid!

    Was given an appointment within 48 hours great It was changed on the day of the appointment to a different time different Dr, a little annoying Dr I spoke to was excellent & agreed to issue me sick note as it was a Friday late afternoon I didn’t expect it arrive until Monday No sick note Spent 2 days then trying to get the sick note, numerous contacts with Livi, spoke to a very nice lady in support, who said she’d keep an eye open for it herself as at this point it had taken 5 days, she did ring me back to advice me they’d referred my request back to my GP as they couldn’t issue a sick note for the 4 weeks, very annoyed, why would a Dr offer to write a sick note if they can’t issue it? Now I’ve had to go back to my GP surgery for help, I’m of work with stress related issues compounded by investigations for cervical cancer, I feel very let down, it feels like trying to get blood out of a stone.
