    I was referred by my optician to the harbourne clinic.they did 3d scan on both eyes/put drops in after scan then looked in both eyes. He told me I didn't have diabetic retinopathy or maculopathy. However my normal screening says I have. The report says he just looked in my right eye, which is untrue and my gp and the screening service have requested the scans and health harmonie deny doing them and say they don't exist I find this very concerning and would never go back there. I find it very suspicious that opticians/hospital and diabetic screening show retinopathy and maculopathy but health harmonie say it's not and yet they can't produce the scans and the only notes are concerning my right eye and are very vague. This raises serious concerns to me at their level of competence

    The nurses i saw were very friend ly and talked me through the process. They put my mind at ease and treatment was very beneficial

    I have had 3 visits to various clinic around Shropshire all very nice with helpful people on the desk. Every body who I have 7 total have been professional and given me advice and confidence in this stressful time so from me a massive Thankyou

    Having been referred to this company we are very disappointed with the service eg no feedback with results o f treatment and then this is the second appointment they have cancelled and then expect you to sit waiting the phone to make a new appointment not very good service

    The communication is appalling. I was first seen by an ophthalmologist, 5 months after my GP's referral. I wasn't told anything about the finding during the appointment. Only that I needed to be seen 6 weeks later and I will receive a letter with the appointment details. I never received anything. Upon calling HH, I was told I wasn't booked on and the first appointment was 12 weeks later. I had to accept an appointment at a different location to be seen within the 6 weeks time frame. I was then told by the Dr that I needed a second opinion as they didn't know what was going on. Luckily I have access to Patient Access and got copies of the letters sent to my GP mentioning a possible diagnosis and others issues. The Dr I saw didn't answer any of my questions, didn't share their findings. I ended up going private and oh surprise, all the findings were shared, explained and all my questions answered.

    I have had multiple appointments missed by the dermatologist which I have then had to call up and was told it was my fault for missing it and another time from which they called me 5 hours earlier than when the appointment was which at that time I was in work unable to answer the phone again I was told it was my fault and if I missed the next one they would stop my treatment. Tried to get an appointment for november and was told they didnt have the dates yet and they would call me back and after me calling them I was told they were fully booked for november and now have to wait till december for an appointment bearing in mind my last appointment was supposed to be at the beginning of september. Be prepared for a lot of stress and mess around.

    i have found everyone very helpful and understanding a very good experiance here. Easy to get too. Very flexible appointments. Skin has improved. All in all excellent service and would recommend to friends anf family.

    Very good a dermatology clinic that takes the pressure off the hospitals a bit. my appt was for 3.45 sunday sept 9th 23. and i got there at 3.30 and waited just a couple of minutes after booking in then was called in. the doctor / consultant was very good and only took a few minutes to sort my issue out and i was away and back home within half an hour.

    My son is under dermatology at Health Harmonie for acne treatment. Over the course of the two months he has been there he has had one month's of treatment and one months of repeated blood tests (which have been lost twice!) Continuously having to wait over half an hour to book try and book an appointment. I am now waiting over a week for a prescription that the specialist should have sent out on the same day to the chemist. What is really frustrating is that the initial one month treatment was working my sons acne was clearing up. He has now waited over a month for his second month of treatment and his acne has come back. Even the staff members have said that I need to complain as the specialist do not acknowledge their emails regarding patients!

    Took my daughter to Health Harmony, Penkridge for a biopsy. Arrived at 10.45am for an 11.00am appointment. As with Health Harmony, Basford, Newcastle under Lyme, no receptionist present but a sign suggests "take a seat and someone will be with you shortly". A lady appeared and asked for a name, she replied "not on my list, someone will be with you soon"and walked off. At 11.07am receive a phone call from 0121 ??? ???? asking if we were attending appointment? Advised we had been sat in reception for over 15 minutes. He was calling from a room 30 ft away but no one had even bothered to open the door to check the reception area or check for any patients. Perhaps an automated check in on an ipad would be better if there is no "receptionist" present. Secondly, the air con was running and it was really cold sat in the waiting room staring at blank walls. Not a very welcoming "reception". The lady we saw was, however, pleasant but could not carry out the procedure. Referring my daughter back to the local hospital for a biopsy. Therein lies the problem relying on photographs of lesions. If my daughter had been "physically" seen by a qualified Dr or Consultant in the first instance, it would have saved us a 50 mile round trip and a wasted appointment. Now awaiting an urgent 2 week referral back to the local hospital for a biopsy. Where is the sense in this?
