The doctor was very kind to my son and I, and was very detailed in her explanations regarding my issue, why I have faced the issue and what precautions I need to take.

I was quickly seen by the friendly nurse who told me they were running on time and wouldnt be long. I was asked thorough questions by the ENT who explained what she was doing, made sure i was comfortable and gave me good advice

I left my appointment very disappointed with the treatment. I went in reporting frequent blood clots coming from my nose. I was concerned about cancer or the like. It was not taken seriously, and I left with treatment two years ago for a different problem. Extremely disappointed. I am still experiencing clots!!

Booking was the problem as I was placed on waiting list until I called to chase it up but the staff members that attended to me where good.

The ENT consultant was excellent in the procedure and explained what would happen throughout. The assistant was also very professional. They both put me at ease.

Pleasant nursing staff. Fully put at my ease. Felt totally relaxed the entire time. Told what was happening every step of the way. Needed antibiotic ear drops after. The prescription was emailed to my own chemist and they delivered it to me the following day. I was told exactly how to use the drops and how long to use them for. Was told I should come back in two weeks time.

I had a very bad ear infection which my Gp had to refer to the clinic for as she was unable to treat me further. I was anxious about how long I’d have to wait due to the symptoms but I needn’t have! I was seen within a few weeks. The Doctor was very helpful and gave me advice going forward. He also referred me to audiology and I am waiting for the appointment now. I would recommend this service

The experience was positive. The doctor was polite and respectful. I was seen on time. Everything was explained clearly and I had the opportunity to ask questions.

Waited over five weeks to get an appointment. Still had to call the surgery to book my appointment rather than them contacting me.
