As a hearing aid wearer I was referred by my doctor for a hearing assessment as my aids are old etc . 6 months on and no sign of appointment. After 4 minutes on phone you get voicemail.

Dear Mr Jones, I am so sorry you have had difficulty in contacting us. In order for us to update you on when you might be seen, please either email cse.audiology@nhs.net with your personal details or try calling us on 01392 402223 (phone lines may be quieter between 3-5pm). As an existing hearing aid user, you may access the walk in repair service so that we can check your current aids and ensure we are looking after those while you await reassessment. In cases where the current aids are clearly not meeting your needs, we would ensure that we provide you with what is needed without delay. Hopefully this helps and we apologise for the delay to your reassessment thus far.

check on hearing aids at Kingskerswell and at Exeter Excellent advice and assistance from all of the people which I can name if it is permitted?
