Review titled Rude communication
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 08 April 2024
Was contacted by their number and missed the call and left a voicemail to call straight back with no other information (not awaiting a gp call). Spoke to a receptionist who was rude, told me to ring my GP (despite me explaining they contacted me) and put the phone down. Will be extremely disappointed if I have missed important health information regarding my child due to the call handlers poor attitude.

Review titled Worst experience
Rated 1 star out of 5

I attended out of hours service in Waters Meeting Health Centre provides by Bardoc. I have to wait almost an hour either I had an appointment at specific time. The person who seen me was extremely impatient and had no empathy what so ever. I haven't felt understood and listen instead I felt like another box to tick. He rushed with everything and even did not ask for my symptoms from last days only how do I fell know and on that basis he diagnosed myself like an Wizard....

So so helpful. Spoke to the kindest most understanding nurse who put me at ease straight away. I felt like I was actually listened to and that the nurse cared. Truly one of the most positive medical experiences I’ve had.

Review titled Closed my case!
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Lyndsey Snowdon - Posted on 08 January 2023
Rang at 9.50am after waking up in the middle of the night with excruciating stomach pain. Thought it may be a uti as I has had discomfort for 4 days. I would not have rang the out if hours number if I hadn't woke in the night. I was due a call back within an hour, it was 1.05pm which is fine as I know they are busy. During this call I was told as the pain had woke me in the night i needed to be seen so i had to keep my phone on for an urgent call back within half an hour as the practitioner suspected appendicitis. Told what to do if I became worse. At 7pm I called as I had not received the 'urgent' call back and I was told my case was closed at 1.20pm as it was 'non urgent'. Make your mind up! I chose to wait until my own gp opens in the morning because it would be a few hours before I could be seen. Not even told the patient which is disgusting.
