First Dr seen me for 3 mins and did not check for any scan results and just referred me to the nurse. Nurse was very nice but was not comfortable doing the procedure. Dr was then also not comfortable doing the procedure as I am pregnant and had not seen my scan results. When I seen the Nurse and second Dr they were made aware I was pregnant before the appointment. First Dr and Nurse should have requested for the scan results to enable the second Dr to make an informed decision before having to decline the minor operation on the day. Each time I have had to come into the clinic to be declined due to the lack of Communication between the Drs. Had the first Dr took some time and dealt with the whole situation correctly it would have saved everybody time and avoided disappointment. The scan results should have been requested straight away from my GP and the referral should never have gone to the Nurse! Very disappointed, very inconvenient and a lot of time wasted.

My experience was excellent. The staff were kind, friendly and professional. I was seen on time, the procedure was fully explained to me and carried out in a calm and professional manner. I felt the whole experience was very positive and I left feeling that I had been treated very well.

Attended the Dermatologist dept at ancoats for removal of a mole and and a skin tag. Put at ease straight away by both the lady doctor and nurse both were very professional and explained the whole procedure very clear. Was in and out within about 15 minutes and was offered a choice of tea, coffee and hot chocolate the whole experience was fantastic would like to be sent back there in the future if need be. I attended the Brownley Green health centre for a minor op. I was seen quickly, and the two ladies that saw me were friendly and super efficient. I was in and out in no time, and they put me at ease. Great service, thank you.

Doctor and nurse had a great manner, were friendly and helpful, and I felt in good hands. Only thing is that I had to travel across town for this appointment, having been told on the phone that there was nowhere more local available. While the doctor here told me that it should have been possible to get the biopsy in Ancoats, which is round the corner from me.

I visited the Dermatology department at Brownley Green Health Centre on 14.11.22 to have a minor procedure under the care of two wonderful nurses. From the warm greeting in the patient waiting area to the completion of the procedure I knew I was in safe hands and felt comfortable and at ease throughout. The two ladies are a fantastic team and thank them both for their wonderful care and treatment . I was also offered a coffee and biscuit after my treatment which I think is a brilliant gesture. Now that's what I call a great service! Keep up the great work ladies ! Best wishes Jason
