Ward 12c - thank you for looking after me so well, what a brilliant team. I recently had bowel resection surgery and this team make a difficult time that much easier. You matter and what you do matters. Thank you so much for looking after me.

My experience in the Endoscopy department was seamless from start to finish. All the staff that I interacted with were kind and caring, explaining all processes and ensuring I was comfortable. They made a rather daunting procedure much easier and I can’t thank them enough.

After having a catheter for17months due to enlarged prostate I was delighted to get my operation done many thanks go to the surgeon mr gray and the staff in the ward 12c for the care and professional support they provided me they are a credit to NHS

I arrived for day surgery, I was on my own and being young quite nervous, staff at the hospital done their best to keep me calm with their friendly attitude, nothing was too much bother. After my surgery the recovery took slightly longer than I’d hoped which resulted in a stay in hospital overnight. When transferred to the ward the staff continued to be extremely caring and comforting and really put me at ease. Thank you to all the nurses and Doctors that looked after me, you really do make my experience so much less stressful and daunting!

Had an extremely poor service today, waiting over 5 hours to get seen for a 6 year old to be seen. It would help if the receptionist wasn't looking at watches while also working.

Was referred as emergency when I was in Atrial Fibrillation. Cardioversion successfully implemented. All staff professional and personable. Thank you so much.
