    Just want to say how invaluable the rheumatology help line is. I get such speedy and helpful advice. Yesterday I raised a question regarding dental treatment and the nurse rang back immediately thus reassuring my dentist and allowing my treatment to continue. Thank you for this and the other times I have received reassurance and advice

    I had a Nuclear Medicine Renogram with diuretic today 17/10/22 at 10.30 am and must congratulate the 3 staff who were involved. They were very professional but more than that they kept me calm and were very kind. Sadly I don’t have their names but I’m sure you will be able to find out. Made the experience much more pleasant especially knowing I was very anxious. Well done!

    My son was taken to A&E this morning, I can not fault any level of his care. From the operator, to the ambulance crew and the wonderful doctors and nurses in the Kids A and E. Thank you to you all. Although my son was not a serious case (in the end) you treated him and me so well, our thanks and respect.
