From the time I came to the hospital until the time I left , staff were so kind and efficient. Surgeon and anaesthetist team were amazing and put me at ease straight away . Physiotherapist was very supportive. The nurses were so caring and helpful

This is the second operation I have had at Woodlands this year, spinal operation NHS funded in August, and a total hip replacement t in October, privately funded due to the long NHS waiting list and the extreme pain that not even escalating doses of morphine could control. On both occasions my experience was the same. Excellent surgical and medical care in clean facilities. Dignity of own room, empathetic staff, from nurses to auxiliary staff .I felt they made time to care for the patient as an individual. Aftercare is amazing too, 24 hour telephone number to staff. All hospitals should and could be like this.

I was very lucky to have my TKR revision at Woodlands Hospital as the care and professionalism from the consultant, nursing staff, and physio team was excellent. It is refreshing to find a team who are dedicated to providing the very best care, and I am very grateful that I was able to have my operation there.
