  1. Review titled Judgemental and rude a&e receptionist

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 01 April 2023

The receptionist was extremely rude to all she was directly on a&e reception. She took one look at my son who had an apparent head injury and said “he looks fine to me”. Extremely unhelpful and no compassion to us or anyone else I saw whilst we were there.

I was advised by 111 to visit A&E asap. Have to say the service was amazing. Everybody was so helpful and all working really hard to keep waiting times down. My waiting time was only 10 minutes. I feel very lucky. I left in under two hours having had a number of tests and they were happy for me to return home. Thank you NHS. Great job.

As an a lady approaching the ripe old age of 83 I arrived at the Endoscopy Unit with some Trepidation, as I had not had this procedure before. I need not have worried. I was immediately put at ease by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.I couldn’t thank them enough. Please could you express my appreciation and thank to the staff at the Department Yours Sincerely Mauleen Crozier

  4. Review titled Thank you so much!!!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I just want to convey my deep gratitude to all the hardworking staff at Warwick A and E. One of our students was taken seriously ill on a school trip to Warwick Castle. The ambulance paramedics, receptionists, nurses, doctors: all provided exemplary care under extremely challenging conditions. I know you're all "just doing your jobs", but on behalf of the student and our entire school I'd like to express our enormous admiration and thanks... Truly, you are the backbone of Britain! 5. Review titled What an outstanding team

    by vulpeculazx64 - Posted on 06 March 2023

I attended the Helen Clark suite at Warwick hospital today and wanted to celebrate the outstanding and compassionate care I received. My story is that of a positive outcome and just wanted to say a huge thankyou to all the staff which includes the receptionist, HCA, nurse, consultant and radiographer. What an outstanding team. As a nurse of 20 years myself I can genuinely state that the honesty, compassion and communication was second to none. Huge thanks for supporting not just myself but everyone you do.

  6. Review titled Pleased with the service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Richard Grimes - Posted on 09 March 2023

Attended for a head CT scan this morning. I was surprised how quick it was: from parking the car to returning after the scan was 30 minutes. All the staff were helpful and polite. My only concern was that even though the appointment letter says that mask wearing is mandatory (as it should be, covid is still a problem), I was the only patient wearing a mask in the waiting area.

  8. Review titled Great team

Rated 5 stars out of 5

On the afternoon of Tuesday 28 March I attended for a colonoscopy. Any anxiety I had felt was quickly allayed by the thoughtfulness, care and professionalism shown to me from the moment I arrived. My most sincere gratitude goes to the Endoscopy Unit team from reception to the clinical staff for the way in which they explained the procedure and always put me at my ease. I could not have wished for better care.

  9. Review titled Awful attitude

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Jennie whitsey - Posted on 08 February 2023

Came into surgical assessment unit as instructed by doctor but was turned away by a very snobby nurse. Go to a and e she said we are closed, whilst trying to explain I had to wait for my husband to get home to take me. I’m extremely ill and they didn’t care. Not one bit of care at all my gallbladder is trying to explode.

  10. Review titled Little care or understanding

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Robert McGuire - Posted on 03 February 2023

Staff treat you like cattle, I attended A&E but was sent to the minor injuries unit, the doctor had little understanding of my ongoing condition and even wrote down ankle sprain on my discharge letter which is completely false. I had my navicular bone removed 10 years ago and have had problems ever since, my pain and swelling is getting worse and I'm at the point where the pain is so bad I would easily opt to have my foot amputated and this non caring and rushing doctor put down ankle sprain. How can swelling, infection and arthritis which you treated me for and showed up on my xray be called an ankle sprain.?This letter is forwarded to my General Practitioner, how is he supposed to follow up my care if you put false information. I also asked for pain relief and never got it.
