My follow up review from a&e. My daughter was on a2 ward for 19 days and received the best care anyone can have. All staff where kind compassionate and provided excellent practice throughout her stay. I cannot be more thankful to you all.

  2. Review titled Excellent care compassion and treatment

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Bought my daughter to A&E yesterday evening. Every member of staff where kind caring and had a genuine interest in caring for my daughter I cannot express how grateful and thankful we are to the team in A&E on the evening of 15/082024 and the following day also. She has gone onto a ward now and iam confident she will get the best care available. Thank you for taking good care of my daughter

  3. Review titled Wonderful Care on Ward-a9

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 16 August 2024

I would just like to say thank you to the staff on Ward-a9 and in Geriatric Medicine for the care that they gave my grandmother when she was admitted. She said they were absolutely lovely. The clinicians kept us up to date with her care and were swift to treat her when she became more poorly on the ward. When I visited her I could see that that all the staff that interacted with her were friendly and genuinely cared about their patients. I would also like to thank the PTs and OTs as we were concerned about her discharge but they made sure she would be safe at home. Thank you to everyone involved in her care.

  4. Review titled Wonderful care and aftercare.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Wynford - Posted on 14 August 2024

I would like to commend Halton Hospital cstm for the wonderful care and aftercare that I received after a recent procedure. The nurse who nursed me on the ward was kind and patient and always had time for my many questions about my care. Another nurse who kindly saw me after my release when I encountered a problem was also brilliant. Cheerful and again nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to both nurses and to the whole ward who made my stay as pleasant as it could be . This ward is a credit to Warrington and Halton Hospital.

  6. Review titled Purpose of reviews ?

Rated 1 star out of 5

    by Mike F - Posted on 28 July 2024

I had a negative experience with your A&E department recently .. I subsequently received an anonymous survey regarding my recent experience I rated my experience as very poor. For some reason my survey response wasn't accepted I therefore went onto the patient reviews section on the NHS official website and relayed my negative experience there instead That too was rejected What is the purpose of having various review platforms if negative experiences are excluded

Absolutely nightmare!! Waiting time is unbelievable, you better get treated at home rather than coming here an waste your time as I did today with my daughter. Almost 3 hours waiting and nobody seeing her. I would have never come if not refered by the GP

  8. Review titled Amazing staff in pediatrics

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Georgie - Posted on 14 June 2024

3rd time in the last month sadly having to come to a&e with my 15 month old daughter. All 3 times the staff have been absolutely amazing. They have made sure my daughter and myself were comfortable and looked after. It makes the whole a&e and hospital experience so much easier when the nurses are fabulous with the children. Hopefully we won't have to come again soon but I do know if we ever need too my daughter will be in the best hands as they work very hard and I appreciate their care so much. They are pushed with time and resources and are extremely helpful and caring.

  9. Review titled Totally unacceptable wait

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Stephen Wilson - Posted on 07 June 2024

Spent 8hours here and still waiting to see a doctor . I was referred here by my GP at Birchwood Medical Centre,Warrigton at 11:00am today. It is now almost 21:00 and I am yet to receive treatment. I have reduced immunity due to current chemotherapy treatment and have spent the last 8hours sitting in this very unhealthy environment.
