Husband was inpatient on St Leonard’s ward. Very happy with care My main observation 1. Plethora of different uniforms- difficult to know who’s who (aware there is a board in the ward corridor but can’t see this from ward bays 2. What would really help would be if staff introduced themselves with name and what profession they were. I can only recall this happened once with the nurse practitioner 3. Hubby is diabetic- there was insufficient overview of what he ordered on the menu plus he was given biscuits on numerous occasions

Dear Sheila, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback relating to your husband's experience of attending St Leonard's Ward, I am really pleased to read that overall, you and your husband were very happy with the care provided and will share your feedback with the Ward Manager for awareness and reflective practice. We take all feedback about our services seriously and I would be grateful if you could contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk or 0800 328 7971) so that we can work with you to ensure we learn from your experience to improve the service provided to others. Many thanks, Laura Lewis-Robinson PALS Service Lead
