Just had a total knee replacement on 25th July, 1 night stay, surgery was excellent & every staff member including catering were brilliant & very attentative. My nurse was particularly lovely, hard working & nothing was too much to ask, she is fantastic. Thankyou to my surgeon & all your theatre team , I am so grateful for the care I received. Sorry not allowed to mention any names but I will always remember you all

The Staff & Surgeons are professional and at the top there game at the Winterbourne Hospital Dorchester.Now Circle Health, my experience could not have gone better and the only criticism i will make is that it was renown for the excellent bean to cup coffee when managed by B.M.I.but Circle Health seem to have scrapped that idea and now leave both the patients and staff with undrinkable warm water that resembles no hot drink anywhere.Please raise the standard of the refreshments to match the remainder of the Hospital please as they were before Circle took over.Its terrible.!!! My mother had a Total Knee Replacement and stayed overnight at the Winterbourne. The Nurses and Sister were absolutely brilliant, they really looked after her well. My mother has Alzheimer's and was a bit confused, but the staff were so good with her. Thank you so much to nursing staff and orthopaedic surgeon team. Brilliant.

The professionalism and attention to detail by all members of the team was exemplary. I had total confidence in the process and informed at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble from pre assessment to final discharge. Congratulations to the team at the Winterborne. Thank you for making a potential stressful stay into a relaxing and healing experience.

On contacting a virus and being very unwell I tried to telephone the Winterbourne to inform them that I could not attend for minor surgery tomorrow morning. I was transferred a call centre who said they would deal with my query . They also said no one was available to deal with my information.I find this unacceptable.
