    I visited the gynae from Nottingham after being told multiple times to still go ahead with the appointment. The gynae didn't even examine me and shut me down after a few minutes of describing my pain. He said he couldn't access my records so no point of me turning up to that appointment after travelling from Nottingham and waiting three months for that appointment after living in London for Uni. He said he would refer me to a gynae in Nottingham and never did and he never sent a letter of correspondence to my current GP practice (i gave him all the details) and when trying to phone the hospital I wait for ages and still can't get through to anyone. Not happy at all and there's no communication internally in the NHS and full of broken promises.

    I had a gastric sleeve here and the whole team and I mean “everyone” was fantastic!! Every single person went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible, the care in there was on another level.. I can’t thank you all enough for looking after me.. thank you all so so much. Gin & Adam.

    I got a referral appointment from NHS 6 months they took my ultrasound. Months passed and I was given all the details of the hospital along with address and a reminder to visit hospital and failing to do so moght incur some charge. On the day of appointment when i went there i was told that this doctor doesnt do face to face consultations and only takes telephonic consultation from home. 10 mins passed post the given appointment time. I rechecked with them and they said i will receive a call from the doctor he is trying to catch up with other patients at the moment. I never received a call from the doctor. So waited for 6 months for nothing. Not even doctor so have a courtsey to give me a call

    I had a follow up appointment arranged with my consultant and my car broke down so I called two numbers at the London Independent and left messages (4 voice messages), one prior to the appointment to inform them I could not attend. I have had no response whatsoever since 8th May and tried again today. It appears that no one picks up the voice messages and actions them. I had to seek my consultants email address and write to him directly and he is now trying to sort out a new appointment for me. I used to use this hospital years ago and it was managed extremely well as expected from a private hospital. It's very disappointment and frustrating that no one has the courtesy of return calls and that I have to resort to bothering the consultant to help me.

    My final visit for a physio session after hip surgery. Great support and encouragement from the physiotherapist. I was encouraged to use the gym equipment but with lots of support. Helps to build up your confidence to use them independently. Thank you very much to the team. I feel very confident now to continue exercising at home and at my local gym to build up the strength in my leg.

    I got the appointment after 3 months for city scan it was on 18th of April. However, today 17th April i received a call from hospital that my appointment is cancelled i asked about the next appointment they said we don’t know. What does it mean shall I have to wait for another 3 months?

    I sent a referral over a week ago by e-mail, as i was told to do this, iv heard nothing, cannot contact by phone as no one answers, left my name and number numerous times over 4 days but nothing, so so frustrating.
