I was called by the NHS to inform me of the appointment which was made for 2 days time. I was called by the hospital and asked to arrive early as the hospital was quiet and it would help them. I arrived and was seated in the waiting/entrance room. I found the staff to be polite and welcoming. However, when I was asked my name for the third time I decided to give the young girl the wrong name to see if she was paying attention. She didn't blink or react when I gave her a false name and continued to escort me to the treatment room. Once in the room I confessed to what I had done. This is obviously a concern as it was apparent that she was box ticking and hadn't listened to my response. I have have not had my results as yet....

8 weeks after being see very quickly and having procedure carried out. then I have not been getting from any further response, i.e. my lab results. all I have received we will get in touch with the specialist.
