My surgeon and her all-female team were amazing. They took time to answer my questions, reassure me and treated me with such care and kindness. I am so grateful for my experience and the amazing outcome. Thank you so much!

I attended the day surgery unit today and I cannot fault the professionalism of every member of staff, the reception, the nurses and all the medical team who cared for me throughout my experience were faultless, kind, caring and efficient. A heartfelt thanks to all of you!

My G P referred me to A&E and i cannot compliment them enough I was seen and assessed had all necessary tests and it all ran very smoothly ,i have since had a follow up phone call with contact number and full explanation for further tests A&E in hospitals is always getting bad press but i really cant Thank the Staff enough for their care and attention

Thank you so much to ambulance crew, A and E staff and Redlynch ward for their kindness and care of my mother . Also staff were very helpful when a visitor needed assistance too. Although everyone was busy, staff were all friendly and supportive, showing patients respect and trying hard to meet patients' needs. Thank you so much!

Appointment time 12.20. Telephone call recevied approx. 14.30. Administratively this should not be happening. This is bad practice.
