    Noone answers the phone, I need to contact to rebook an appointment, noone has got back to me, noone picks the phone up!

    You really know that you in the best hands with this team, you can feel that they genuinely care about you & do the very best for you. I can’t thank or sing their praises enough. I guess it is really true what they say not all hero’s wear capes.

    In October 2020 I had a emergency operation on my back at Salford Royal in Salford to shave one of my disks, the operation was successful but since my operation my legs keep collapsing - it lasts for about 15 minutes then goes back to normal, it happened about every couple of months but it’s happening every week now. My consultant said it’s nothing to do with the operation, they can’t see anything on the MRI scan, so they referred me to Neurology at Salford Royal for an urgent appointment. That was in November 2022, I got a letter in January 2023 saying that it would be very beneficial for me to see a clinician, so they put me on the waiting list, but it’s very frightening, happening every week, and I don’t think I should wait this long just to see someone

    My son broke his leg earlier today and I just wanted to express how grateful we are for the help and assistance he received at the Panda unit. We very much appreciate how hard all the staff work at this unit and throughout the hospital. You are a credit to the NHS as he was seen, reviewed, stabilised and allowed to go home on crutches within a very short period of time. Recovery will be shorter thanks to the swift actions of doctors, nurses and administrators who helped. Thanks Royal Salford (Panda) - great effort

    I cannot thank the Stroke Team enough for their excellent diagnosis, treatment and support during my stay on Ward b3 in December 2022 and also in the community since. Their dedication is astounding and I am fortunate to be a recipient of such high quality care and attention. You are such an inspirational team. X

    This week my husband had brain surgery to help with his parkinson's disease...he was on ward h7..and I have to say that we cannot fault his care. All the staff we had contact with were so lovely and made us feel so well looked after, from the surgeon to the switchboard staff and everyone on the ward...just so incredibly grateful for all their hard work and compassion. Thanks again to everyone involved..we are so impressed to have that experience in an NHS that we are so proud of!
