    I came into the A&E unit with severe abdominal pain. I was given thorough and very fast tests to ascertain the potential cause. The doctors were great and I really appreciate the support considering how busy and pressured they are. Thank you.

    My husband has been treated at RSCH since October of 2023 for an auto-immune condition. The staff and doctors have been absolutely wonderful in getting him the care he needs in swift timing. I really can't say enough how consistently impressed we have been with the service. He was admitted within 3 hours of arriving at A&E on a Sunday evening, treated as in-patient for a week, and we had a clinic with a consultant very soon after he was released. They helped us make a solid plan for follow-up care and when we have needed to use that plan, they have been so prompt and helpful. Having a dangerous auto-immune condition is stressful, but I am so glad I can at least count on the fact that my husband is getting the care he needs. Being able to count on that helps a lot.

    A belated thanks from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for our family. Not only with the care and incredible decision making before, during and after our sons tricky birth but also for the care given with the mastitis diagnosis - 6 weeks postnatal. We felt listened to, safe and comfortable - even through the scary moments. You all do such an amazing job and just want you to know how much we appreciate you. Words really aren’t enough! Special thanks to our registrar, we now really understand how lucky we are to have our son with us due to your super quick thinking and incredible work in theatre. Also to the midwives who made such a special effort for us when our son was in SCBU. You will undoubtably be ensuring many other families have a wonderful birthing experience in the future with the super warm environment you have created. Thanks so much again. We love you all and we are very thankful that we chose Royal Surrey Hospital to have our babies.

    Hi there I want to start by saying my treatment has been brilliant and I am not complaining about any staff. I think it’s more administrative feedback. I was cced into a letter about my health from consultant to doctor. I understand by calling up that you are bound to cc in patients, but I think it caused me unnecessary worry. I personally would have preferred to be informed clearly from the department by phone call not cced into a letter which isn’t clear to a non medical professional. I spoke to a good friend who is a doctor who said really I shouldn’t have been sent this letter. Just wanted to feedback so you can improve your services. Thank you for all you do.     I had 3 zoom calls with the Insomnia Service. The OT I had was lovely, very helpful and supportive and I felt she really empathised with my problem. She replied to my emails promptly. The 5 videos and paperwork I received were extremely helpful and my sleep pattern has improved so much and I feel so much better that even my husband noticed the difference. I wish I had known about this service years ago. Thankyou so much.

    The Insomnia clinic has worked wonders for me. Following the recommendations was tough to begin with, but the results were absolutely worth it. I would (and already have!) wholeheartedly recommend this service to others who are struggling with poor sleep.

    Coming into A&E with a serious blood issue on a weekend night, I was seen very promptly and within a few hours was seen by a doctor, given a bed and subsequently admitted for a week. The level of care from the staff and the promptness of being seen has been the best NHS experience I've had so far, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed in depth and with kindness.

    I was taken to the hospital after a severe attack of vertigo and was looked after very competently by the A and E team. Despite obvious pressure on their time, what impressed me was their kindness, as I was shocked and upset, and this made a big difference to me.
