I attended the endoscopy department today for bowel cancer screening. I was beyond nervous having lost my mother to bowel cancer 10 years ago. The staff were amazing from start to finish. Every single staff member I came into contact with was cheerful and caring. They calmed me down and talked me through each step. They made the procedure as pain free and comfortable as possible. We are so very lucky to have such a wonderful NHS system. So many countries rely on a can’t pay, no treatment service. I for one am very grateful for their professionalism. Thank you to all of you.

Was admitted to ward 8 with pneumonia, the care I received from all the staff was excellent, they were very professional and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them . Special thank you to the cardiology department too. Big thank you to all .

After a six month wait to see her consultant my 82 year old mum was give an out patient appointment for Good Friday. She then had to wait a further 4 weeks for another appointment & had to be admitted due to a rapid deterioration in her condition.

visited on a Thursday night, the receptionist was lovely and helpful, the nurse and consultant were amazing, so so reassuring!

Mother in law has just left ward 7 after been a patient for nearly 9 weeks. All the staff ,doctors , ward manager , nurses , student nurses, HCAs, ward clerk , house keepers ,Iss staff , pharmacists, therapists and volunteers were amazing and couldn’t do anymore for her . We can’t thank them enough

After falling in the garden at home I went to accident and emergency. I was triaged quickly and efficiently. My wrist xrayed and I was seen promptly by the brilliant orthopaedic trauma team. I am very impressed by the compassionate high quality care I received from the whole team. I would highly recommend this emergency department they were amazing. Thank you so much.

Incredibly attentive and welcoming experience from the whole team for my scheduled appointment. The whole experience from start to finish was second to none What a lovely, professional and caring team who made me feel so special and valued. Smooth efficient procedures right from making my appointment, my check in on arrival, person centered treatment and after care . I felt like I was receiving a private service A big thankyou to you all for looking after me

On 24th March I suffered a heart attack. I was admitted to A & E at Macclesfield hospital. I had an angiogram procedure carried out, and a stent inserted at Wythenshawe, and I returned to Macclesfield for recovery. I would say that the standard of care and treatment I received while I was there was nothing less than outstanding. The dedication, initiative, and sheer professionalism of the staff shone through. They were universally attentive, receptive, and we're always there to help, if required.

In these time of all the bad press regarding A&E waiting times I personally couldn't fault the service I received. Attended after a fall banging my head, was seen immediately, scanned, treated and off home all in less than 4 hours. The staff I observed were all hard working but still had time to be polite and explain every step. Well done to macclesfield hospital especially the night shift on the 12th February. I would usually say in a positive review that I would be back but in this case I hope not to be lol. Well done again.

From the lady on the reception, through to the doctor who signed me off, triage lady, doctor brilliant, ecg,bloods, x-ray, staff brilliant, waited 1hour-30 minutes for results, back to doctor medication ready and overall good experience (even had volunteers asking if we wanted a drink)
