Check up after treatment Dr’s clinic Courteous, thorough, on time. All aspects of the treatment results were assessed including my opinion and any outstanding issues.

Leicester royal infirmary balmoral building ward 16 bay 4 A massive thank you to holly who was my nurse looking after me for 3 days, honestly I have never met a kind and loving person like this in my life. She is excellent with all patients. She made my stay so comfortable and always made sure I was okay of if I needed anything. Thank you so much holly god bless you

Just a quick thank you to the Doctor in Gpau who took the trouble to catch up with me to confirm some details of my treatment today. Very much appreciated, also very well looked after by the rest of the staff there.

I attended ward 8 due to some issues. I wish I could name the doctor and nurse who attended to me during my time here because they were amazing. They were both so kind, compassionate and caring whilst I was there, the nurse was very gentle whilst taking bloods. They are both a credit to ward 8!

I had to come in with my ill grandmother, via Ambulance. From dialing 999 it took 20 minutes at the most for the Ambulance to arrive. The Paramedics where very kind, supportive and compassionate. Upon arrival the process was efficient with out feeling pushed around, whilst also being impressed with the level of cleanliness. We were provided with sandwiches, soup and the best cup of tea by the Health care assistant. My grandmother was cared for quickly with great level of care by the nurse which was appreciated greatly considering the situation. from that point on every member of staff showed the same consistent level of Outstanding care. From consultants, to nurses, porters, health care assistants plus the lady from House keeping had a wonderfully soothing singing voice while she did her rounds. This all added to the feeling of a positive,friendly caring and efficient environment to receive serious care. Absolutely excellent

My mum was taken in via ambulance last night we found the care offered exceeded our expectations and was very caring and thorough. Had recent experience of my aunties care at Salisbury which was dirty and diabolical I know the LRI receives negative comments but based on our experience this is not deserved I cannot rate the paramedics highly enough either Thank you

My son fractured his arm while at school, totally unexpected. I had to rushed from work to collect him from school and then take him straight to the children’s a&e. They prioritised him as his hand was deformed. I was completely shocked by the level of care received. Completely outstanding. They had to stretch the hand out using gas and air and put it into a cast. My son’s only 12. He was put at ease throughout the whole process. You hear a lot of negative things about the hospital. However when you need it. It’s there ready to help you. I can’t thank the staff enough for the treatment received. Plus I don’t often leave reviews. However on this occasion I thought it was warranted. Thank you to the Children’s a&e team.

Undeniably terrible experience. Waited here 7 hours (9pm to 4am) with my 3 year old before giving up and leaving to just go back home. Patients that arrived hours after us were considered ‘priority’ and were called back to see the doctor before my son. No excuses for this! Why was my son’s condition not taken seriously? Is my child not a priority to the NHS? It’s a shame. He vomited over 20x in 1 day and could not keep even water down but even a sprained ankle was more urgent. 2 days later and my son is still unwell but there is no reliability in the NHS. I have been left with no where to turn to.
