I was referred by my GP for a suspected cyst and to rule out that it was nothing more sinister. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was treated with dignity, professionalism and most of all fantastic care from everyone I saw and spoke to. Most importantly, each and everyone one of them reassured me and made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience. Thank you. A special thank you to the individuals of the Breast Clinic team who took the time and consideration the previous week that put the wheels in motion for me to have the thorough investigations that I had today. Amazing team that do a fantastic job.

I have chosen the maternity services of King Mills Hospital because according to the CQC the care is outstanding. I am 18 weeks pregnant and so far I have been very pleased with the care I've received. The staff members have been very helpful and pleasant. My only concern is that I was told that I will need to be wearing a mask during my scan. I do not wish to wear a mask and this cannot be mandated to patients. I hope I won't be needing to argue that with anyone and the care I receive is at the same level that it has been so far.

Came to my appointment 18/10/22 my nurse was amazing made me feel so comfortable . Had a recall for 27/10/2022 .To say I was afraid is a understatement. I cannot praise the Breast care staff enough ,made me feel so looked after .never once made me feel uncomfortable . These angels are worth there weight in gold . Held my hand for the difficult part which i sure needed . A massive thank you to you all .

No wonder this hospital receives so many accolades. From check-in to results I met only with kindness and support from every single member of staff all done in a happy environment. A sense of humour must be a requisite in a these sort of by environment. And they had it in spades especially with old age perishers like me. I have always supported Kings Mill Hospital and their 5-star workforce. Bless them allx

I have an up comming appointment next week and the time has been changed. Along with an update on patients know best I have received a phone call and a letter to ensure I knew the appointment had changed and to make sure this was ok. Great service :)

Well this is the 2nd time I've used the maternity service at kings Mill, and both times been left absolutely amazed. The midwifes, support works and everyone I've had assistance from, I can truly say are brilliant staff, I felt so looked after and cared for.

I parked at 14.27 to go to A & E Was seen very quickly, by friendly, cheerful staff, had X-rays & left the car park less than an hour later… 15.17 Tremendous service Thanks to all concerned.

The paramedics who rushed me to Resus and the staff at Kings Mill provided outstanding service in my hour of need!! Despite the pressure they work under, I was given first class treatment and care which enabled me to be discharged within 6 hours of admission. This was an amazing team effort. Thank you so much.

Mum was admitted to a&e after breaking her hip in a fall. Once at hospital and in orthopaedics mum received good care, quick to operate to repair the breakage.

I would like to thank all the cardiologist team for the care and treatment i received when having a pacemaker fitted , also the care on ward 23 . The staff at kingsmill from the start of my treatment till my discharge were caring, respectful and informative which put me at ease . I can't thank you all enough.
