My daughter has chrohnns and has a IBD team at kings mill she should be able to contact with any concerns or health issues. Every time she rings it goes into answer machine and still waiting 3 days later for someone to get back to her ! Stressed worried and no one to turn to !!!! Things need to change !

I attended the Clinic 4, King's Treatment Centre, on 08/01/2024 for an echocardiogram. At that time I was told that I could expect to hear the result from my GP in a week's time. It is now over a month and my GP surgery tells me that they have not had anything from you. Are you now able to pass the information across to my GP or let me know the reason for the delay? Thank you in advance.

Had to visit the Kings Mill Emergency Department on a quiet morning. The Receptionists and Triarge nurses were all very friendly. However, the Doctor I seen there was rather blunt and wasn't very reassuring and shouldn't be working in such a department. Whilst he was knowledgeable he was far from approachable and needs to work on his people skills. Thankfully, he's found the issue I've been suffering with recently which I am greatful for and I'm now receiving treatment. Just wish my expirence with this Doctor had been better.

The birthing and maternity team at Kingsmill were absolutely second to none! They were consistently excellent in their practice, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and maintained a sense of humour even when I could see they were under a lot of pressure. Not everyone on our ward appreciated how incredible they were and it really showed their commitment to their jobs that they didn't lose their rag with certain people whos sense of entitlement was Astonishing! My partner and I were thrilled with the service from start to finish, even though my birth was a bit of an adventure, I cannot express how grateful I am to have had such a wonderful team of practitioners on my side looking after the three of us. I hope they get to see this and know they are appreciated!

The care of ward 31 is outstanding. Couldn’t have wished for better nursing staff. The care they show is just a breath of fresh air. I like thank all of them for the care they have shown my mum. All of the nursing staff are wonderful.

45 minute long wait to be seen after my appointment time which is ridiculous, yet there is so much pressure put on patients to not be late/miss appointments. The doctor had to read my notes to confirm what my name was as he didn’t know. Rude healthcare assistant who interrupted the question I was asking the doctor who just re-iterated what the doctor had just said which felt very patronising as I was just trying to confirm something. However the receptionist is an absolute credit to clinic 6, she was fab. Friendly and approachable who remembered my name which showed true patient centred care practice. She was kind and made me feel at ease, an amazing staff member.

I am 78 so have experience of being a patient in a few hospitals over the years. I rate every aspect of treatment and care I received both as an inpatient and ongoing care as brilliant the staff are so caring and helpful they are doing a brilliant job. A big thank you to all the staff who cared for me on the A&E ward over christmas and the new year

Daughter was taken to A&E Christmas Eve early morning, the doctors and nurses were fantastic. Extremely happy how we were delt with, and the guys in resus were brilliant, also.

Took my adult daughter with chronic stomach pains and was seen in primary care by a lovely female doctor. She was so kind, understanding and thorough. I wish I'd got her name. Can't praise her enough for the treatment my daughter got.

Went to King's Mill A and E with daughter in law after she had been knocked over by a car, she had hit her head and elbow as she fell this afternoon New year's eve, she was assessed, seen by a doctor, her head wound cleaned and dressed all within two hours. Excellent service well done Kings Mill
