I took my daughter to accident and emergency as advised by the 111 service. We were there just over 2.5 hours early Saturday evening. The staff were brilliant. Very friendly and very efficient. Turns out she has a kidney stone. We were sent home with antibiotics. So hopefully she'll be on the mend soon. I thought we'd be up there for the whole night. So very pleased with the service.

It’s very helpful to get your reminders of blood tests I have booked by text. With the booking service queuing is so much shorter too. Thank you for the excellent service.

I had to have an emergency visit to Accident and Emergency also Brantham Ward. This team is utterly amazing in every way possible. Doctors Nurses and all the team. They are dedicated, they are caring, compassionate and so hard working...they are a credit to the NHS and to Ipswich Hospital!.....well done to all.

Your Review: I attended the ENT due to having an ear plug stuck in my ear. The Doctor and his HCA were very polite and informative throughout. The Doctor informed me the plug was wedged in my ear drum. He tried various techniques, always asking if I was ok. It was rather painful and he recommended an injection to ease the pain, but we decided to persevere and he eventually succeeded! I cannot tell you how relieved I was! An absolutely lovely man, professional, kind, caring and compassionate. The care I received from the Doctor and HCA was fantastic!

Good experience all round. Was looked after from start to finish. Felt at ease. Got to leave on the same day.

I stay with my son 5 year old in queue from 1800 o'clock with high temperature and strong pain expect to see doctor pediatric. Now time is 21.55 we still stay queue and wait when doctore will come. Nice emergency service.

well looked after the nurses where very good .food was ok but not enough care was good and the night crew were very good no problem with any thing.

Following my recent visit to Levington ward to undergo spinal surgery l had to write this review and express my thanks to all those involved with my care. The whole team were just outstanding, l just can’t praise them enough, they were caring, friendly and professional at all times. Thank you one and all.

I have just returned home after spending 6 days in hospital in Needham Ward , all the staff from the Paramedics, A& E , the Surgery team and the Doctors , nurses and student nurses , the Physios the cleaning team and the people serving food and drink were absolutely marvellous, so caring nothing was too much trouble thank you
